Solotones provides vibroacoustic therapy through low-frequency sound programs designed to promote wellness, relaxation, and therapeutic benefits. The Service is accessible via web browser and as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
To access premium features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and a secure password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal use only. This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of the Service or its contents.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOTONES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
