By creating an account, accessing, or using Solotones (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Solotones provides vibroacoustic therapy through low-frequency sound programs designed to promote wellness, relaxation, and therapeutic benefits. The Service is accessible via web browser and as a Progressive Web App (PWA).
To access premium features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and a secure password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. All fees are in USD.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@solotones.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.
Refund Policy:
Billing Errors: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@solotones.com within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if an error occurred.
Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
State-Specific Rights: Some states provide additional refund rights. If you are a resident of such a state, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email.

Solotones operates an affiliate partner program that allows content creators, wellness professionals, and other partners to earn commissions by referring new users to our Service. If you sign up using an affiliate discount code, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Affiliate partners receive unique discount codes that provide users with a 5% discount on subscription fees. By using an affiliate code:
Affiliate partners earn commissions through Stripe Connect, which are paid directly by Stripe. Solotones is not responsible for commission payment disputes between affiliates and Stripe. Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change with notice to partners.
Affiliates may refer other partners to the program. When a partner refers another partner, they earn 5% of the referred partner's commission revenue. This multi-level structure is limited to one level of referrals.
Approved affiliate partners receive lifetime free access to all Solotones programs as part of their partnership agreement. This benefit is contingent upon maintaining active partner status and compliance with partner program terms.

Violation of partner obligations may result in immediate termination of partner status, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and revocation of free access.
When you use an affiliate discount code, you should be aware that the person or entity who provided the code has a financial relationship with Solotones and will earn a commission from your subscription. This is a standard affiliate marketing arrangement.
Using an affiliate code does not affect the quality of service you receive, your subscription terms, your refund rights, or your ability to cancel your subscription at any time.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Solotones. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOTONES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the therapeutic effectiveness of vibroacoustic therapy or any health outcomes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solotones and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
